That’s right. I’m giving you a choice to take this survey. Rather than explain to you why your responses are important or pleading in my best non offensive manner, I want you to make your own decision.

I want you to know that you will be deciding about whether or not to answer 10 basic questions. None of the 10 questions are trick questions. Each is clearly stated and 8 questions ask you to select one of the 5 best possible descriptions that apply to you in general. Two questions are real easy, as there are only two choices.
